Acai Bowls are all the rage lately and can pack a bunch of vitamins into your breakfast routine. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any of the ingredients for a proper acai bowl, so I made my breakfast look like one! I also made it really simple and used a Yocrunch Yopa Greek Yogurt Cup as the base. I love this greek yogurt because it also comes with toppings and fruit depending on the flavors you get. This time I got vanilla greek yogurt with crushed peanuts and chocolate crisps. I first placed the yogurt in a bowl and simply added fresh bananas, strawberries and blueberries in a row on top of the yogurt. I then sprinkled the toppings all over the fruit to add a little texture and protein. So there you have it, a look-alike acai bowl with the ingredients you already have in your fridge!
