We’re always checking out cool coffee shops, so when we found Moto Coffee Machine we had to make a little day trip to Hudson, NY. Moto Coffee Machine is a coffee shop that also doubles as a motorcycle dealership. In turn, the cafe is decked out in motorcycle helmets and bikes! Cai and I both got a cappuccino, which was delicious. The space has a few tables out front, maybe three round tables with a pair of chairs, bar stool seating and a communal table. There were several people on their laptops and it seemed like a chill spot to get some work done!

Afterwards we walked around their main street and stopped in for a lite lunch at the Olde Hudson Cafe. If you’re looking for a quick and casual spot for a nice lunch we’d definitely recommend it. We will be back to enjoy their outdoor seating in the summer. The cafe is also attached to Olde Hudson Market, so you can pick up a few snacks for the ride back home if you’re doing a day trip to Hudson like us!

Hudson is filled with beautiful furniture, decor and antique shops along with great buildings and some highly rated restaurants. The town was a little sleepy when we went. It was a Tuesday so most of the shops were closed, but if you go on a weekend or on that first nice day of spring we bet you’ll run into some crowds. We ended up taking advantage of the empty streets to take some photos against all the cool buildings and entryways.
