Collared tees are such a simple way to get both a polished and casual look perfect for summer. I got this one thrifting, as usual, but it’s really Mossimo, which was a brand that you normally found at Target. However, if I remember correctly Target has since dropped the brand.

I paired the light blue vertical stripes with a pair of light wash jeans because there is something about an all light denim look that screams, “it’s summer time!” I also wore my favorite wedges! They are Soludos and feature the words Dolce & Salato on each side. On the shoe that says Dolce, which means sweet in Italian, there is a slice of cake and on the side that says Salato, meaning savory, there is an egg dish. They are so unique and super fun, which is right up my style alley.

I kept the accessories simple by just adding a pink beaded choker that I’ve had since I was a 90s kid. In fact, Cailin and I have been in a really silly 90s and 2000s music throwback mood and in the middle of the shoot she started singing, Hollaback Girl, and these photos of me dancing along are the result.
